New Song : Quinn Marston : Can You Hear Me See Me Now?

Quinn Marston is a young lady with a few somethings on her mind, and her music conveys a sense of ragged urgency all-too-often neglected in these digital days. The NYC-based singer/songwriter enlisted the help of producer Tom Beaujour (Nada Surf, The Virgins) and Tim Foljahn (Two Dollar Guitar, Thurston Moore, Cat Power) and whipped up the Can You Hear Me See Me Now? EP. The title track, which we’re happy to share, is a riot act wrapped in a snappy little ditty that should find favor with fans of Sleater Kinney, early Liz Phair or Dinosaur Jr. if they were fronted by a female. Marston has already pulled a major publicity coup by getting her song So High featured on an episode of The Ghost Whisperer, and…um…  Well, let’s be honest. If you watch The Ghost Whisperer, a new Quinn Marston song is probably the least of your concerns.
