Dinner Returns with New LP, Shares Video for “Un-American Woman”

Danish musician Anders Rhedin, known better under his moniker Dinner, has announced a new LP, New Work, slated for release on September 8th via Captured Tracks. The album is was created over a intense period of late-night session with a conscious effort to be more collaborative enlisting assistance from Charlie Hilton and Sean Nicholas Savage. “Un-American Woman” is the first song from the release and, per Rhedin, is “about disillusionment and a fear of being stuck in a certain lifestyle” and a desire to be in “constant movement.” It also draws inspiration from William Blake’s Proverbs of Hell. Sonically, the song vocally is Morrissey meets Nico over sharp, interwoven instrumentation and comes in tow with a visual.
