On February 26th, California record label Castle Face will be putting out Good Bad Pretty, the long-awaited album from well-respected Bay Area art-punks Deep Throats. The album had been stowed away for the better part of 15 years due to health issues that ultimately led to the demise of the band along with the common record label issues that seem to happen to far too many bands. It was recorded at the Starcleaner warehouse, a once popular punk staple located in San Francisco. “Last Request”, the new single from the LP, is covered in soulful grit and dirty-blues guitar riffs.

Off this track alone, it is easy to understand why the album finally seeing the light of day and was never forgotten. Pre-order it on limited edition pink frosting vinyl here. If you want to read more on them, head over to Impose for a great recent article and interview.
