For as long as the world spins, there will always be bands that are inspired by the dark, post-punk/new wave sounds of bands like Joy Division, The Cure, The Jesus and Mary Chain, and so on. Brooklyn quartet The Harrow are the latest to invoke these bands and do this quite nicely on their new song “The Fall.” Vocalist Vanessa Irena sends chills down your spine with every dreamy note sung and the cold, steady guitar-work releases every unsettled emotion trapped in the listener’s body. It is quite the captivating track. The song appears on their new self-titled EP. Stream both the track and full-EP below.
