Starred is comprised of Liza Thorn and Matthew Koshak. Thorn was in a band called Curls with former Girls frontman Christopher Owens. In the cut “No Good”, the band utilizes sparse guitar arrangements in the vein of Mazzy Star with sliding guitars to create a sonic environment of solitude and introspection. It is quite the stunning song. You can download it below.
